Zue Padonmar has served as the Secretary of the IEC for more than two years so far. She is a feminist activist who has worked at Burmese Women’s Union (BWU), in different positions for thirteen years. She had also taken the role as a policy board member of the Women’s League of Burma (WLB). Since the onset of the Spring Revolution, she has actively participated in fighting for a functioning federal democratic union. She has been a member of Karenni Strike Committee, which continues her professional as a politician. Since the institution of Karenni State Consultative Council (KSCC) in 2021, she had worked as a member of the Council until she joined IEC in 2023. Of her strong commitment to revolutionary activities, she has been assigned as a secretary at IEC.
